The windows on each side of the sanctuary, designed and made by church members, represent the four seasons of God's World. Beginning with the back left of the sanctuary, these beautiful stained glass windows move from Spring to Summer around to Fall and Winter. An interesting thing was achieved in designing these windows. Between each pair of panels is a beam rising from the floor to the apex of the arch of the sanctuary. Depending on your vantage point, the beam sometimes blocks the view of the companion panel. Therefore, each panel was designed as an entity unto itself, even though its pattern continues beyond the beam to its companion panel. This format continues through all eight panels on both sides of the sanctuary.
Our open doors are waiting to welcome all who come to join in our Christian fellowship, to worship with us in God's house and to be encircled by "God's World" with the Holy Bible and the Altar in the center. This is a beautiful and sacred space where all may come and worship - through every season of life.
TWO UNIQUE SERVICES, ONE UNIQUE CHURCH
We offer two distinctive worship opportunities each Sunday. We invite you to find the service where you feel most comfortable to worship our Living Savior. A nursery is available for all worship services.
All service schedules have been disrupted due to COVID-19. Please join us online, Sundays at 11:00 a.m. or Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m.
CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP Sunday, 8:30 a.m. | Sanctuary
Our contemporary service is led by a volunteer praise team on vocals, guitar, keyboard, drum, and the occasional harmonica.
We desire to create an energetic and uplifting worship experience for all to give praise to God in a relaxed, informal environment.
SUNDAY SCHOOL Sunday, 9:30 a.m. | Classrooms
Searcher’s Class – meets in back room off of Steel Hall
Explorer’s Class – meets downstairs in the Activity Room
Friends in Faith – meets in the Parlor
Children/Youth classes – meet in rooms off the office/parlor hallway
TRADITIONAL WORSHIP Sunday, 10:45 a.m. | Sanctuary
We worship in the Wesleyan way of traditional worship. Found in our services are liturgical readings, the Creeds, hymns, and a Chancel Choir.
You are welcome to come and share in worship any time our doors are open. Know that Jesus will be lifted up and proclaimed with friends whose arms are open wide.
